Title: Reward Yourself with a Break
Snippet: I began a new genealogy-related project last month. As usual, I jumped right in, both feet running and fingers flying. Although I’m a person who needs eight hours of sleep or I don’t function well, I began burning the late candle and still rising at 5:30 am to start my day.
It’s not as if I had been over-working myself. It takes very little energy to stay upright in a chair compared to digging in the garden or loading up the truck with hay bales. Who can get tired from sitting and reading?
